In February 2025, Numero Partners hosted a full-day Brand Charisma Workshop in Malaga with Lottoland’s CEO and senior leaders across Marketing, Creative, Product, UX/UI, Internal Communications and PR.

The session applied Numero Partners’ brand-diagnostic methodology to evaluate how the brand connects emotionally with its audiences and to shape the strategic direction for a global refresh. Through a mix of diagnostic tools, collaborative exercises and creative debate, the team explored how charisma can drive both cultural engagement and commercial growth.

The outcome was a shared vision and a clear creative brief that united multiple teams around a common ambition — to evolve one of the world’s leading online gaming brands into a more distinctive, emotionally resonant, and future-ready business.
